Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: August 1, 2026
1. General Service Terms
SpeedEx Trucking Inc. is committed to providing reliable, on-time freight transportation. We operate on a post-service payment structure, meaning invoices are issued upon the successful completion and delivery of a load. Because our dispatching requires advanced logistical planning, strict cancellation terms are enforced to protect our equipment, drivers, and schedule.
2. Standard Cancellations
If a broker or shipper needs to cancel a scheduled load, the cancellation must be submitted directly to our dispatch team no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed-upon pickup/dispatch time.
3. Truck Order Not Used (TONU) Policy
If a load is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or dispatch time, or if our driver arrives at the pickup facility and the freight is unavailable, canceled, or significantly delayed through no fault of the carrier, a Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee will be enforced.
A standalone invoice for the TONU fee will be issued immediately to the broker or shipper on record.
Payment for the TONU invoice is subject to our standard billing terms and must be paid in full to compensate for lost time, deadhead mileage, and logistical disruption.
4. Agreement to Terms
By tendering a load to SpeedEx Trucking Inc. and signing a rate confirmation, brokers and shippers agree to these cancellation terms and accept financial responsibility for any applicable TONU charges.
